Dear LOD 2023 Participants/Author,
if there are accompanying persons with you, please remember that as in all conferences there are the following constraints:
If an accompanying person wants to attend the social dinner on 25 September (and/or the Walk on 24 September) they must pay the corresponding fee, to do so they must send an email (lod@icas.cc) to the organising committee (by Friday 15 September) to receive the relevant invoice.
Of course, accompanying persons are excluded from the various coffee/tea breaks and lunches; if accompanying persons wish to take advantage of these meals, they must pay the relevant registration fee.
